This Refund and Return Policy governs all products and services purchased through www.TLCPeptides.com and any associated platform (the “Website”), owned and operated by Total Life Changes, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this policy. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
New Orders
You may request cancellation of a new order before the prescription has been transmitted to a healthcare provider or pharmacy for processing. If cancellation occurs after your payment has been processed but before the prescription is transmitted, a $99 administrative cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from any applicable refund. This fee covers the medical review, account servicing, and administrative costs incurred prior to fulfillment.
Once a prescription has been transmitted to and processed by the pharmacy, the order can no longer be canceled and is not eligible for a refund, as described below.
Non-Refundable Prescription Products
All prescription and pharmaceutical products are considered final sale. Because patient-specific prescription medications cannot be safely returned to pharmacy stock once they leave the control of the dispensing pharmacy, the Company does not provide refunds, exchanges, or returns for prescription medications that have been filled or processed, regardless of the reason for discontinuation. This includes, but is not limited to, side effects, adverse reactions, a provider’s recommendation to discontinue treatment, a change in your health status, or a decision to stop treatment.
If a prescription has already been processed by the pharmacy, you remain responsible for the full cost of the order or applicable subscription period and will not be eligible for a refund.
Subscription Renewals
Certain services, including weight management, are provided on an automatically renewing subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the Company to charge your designated payment method at the intervals disclosed at checkout. It is your sole responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription.
To cancel a subscription and avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, you must do so at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your renewal date by visiting your patient portal. Cancellation requests submitted fewer than forty-eight (48) hours before your renewal date will not take effect until the following subscription period, and you will be charged for the upcoming renewal. Renewal charges that have already processed and resulted in the prescription being sent to the pharmacy are non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellations During the Cycle
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits through the end of that period. Canceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged for the active period.
Certain products require a minimum subscription commitment. For example, the Company’s Weight Management services require an initial three-month minimum subscription. Whether paid in full or in installments, you are responsible for the full cost of the minimum commitment period regardless of when you cancel during that period. If you are paying in installments, cancellation does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any remaining installments for the active subscription term.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact our support team at support@TLCPeptides.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Where possible, please include your order number and photographs of the affected item and packaging. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement of the affected item. Replacements are subject to the dispensing pharmacy’s policies and applicable law. Because prescription medications cannot be returned to pharmacy stock, resolution will typically take the form of a replacement rather than a monetary refund.
Presale and Introductory Offer Purchases
All presale and introductory offer purchases are charged in full at the time of order and are fulfilled in the order they are received. Introductory pricing applies to the initial order only; subsequent subscription orders will be billed at the then-current standard pricing unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discounted or locked-in pricing remains valid only while the subscription remains continuously active. If a subscription is canceled, paused, or allowed to lapse, or if no shipment is fulfilled within a 90-day period, the pricing benefit will be forfeited and future orders will revert to standard pricing.
If you are not medically eligible to receive a product following a provider’s review, your product payment will be refunded. A one-time medical review or assessment fee may apply and is subject to refund on a case-by-case basis.
Financing Option Adjustments
If you are enrolled in a financing option program and wish to switch to a full payment plan after your renewal charge, you may contact support@TLCPeptides.com within seven (7) business days of the renewal charge. In this case, the Company will charge the remaining balance without a finance charge, if applicable.
